Hidden Beach Waiver & Membership Fee

All players must fill out and sign a waiver for the 2011/2012 Season , and pay the $5.00 one time annual fee, due on 1st league night. All subs will need to fill out a waiver as well and pay $3.00 each time they sub or pay the 5.00 fee for the duration of the 2011/2012 season.
